Sen. Sinema Reportedly Trashing Her Former Party

Kyrsten Sinema, the moderate Arizona senator who late last year left the Democrat Party to become an Independent, has reportedly been trash-talking her former party while attending GOP-led events.
Politico reporter Jonathan Martin documented some of her most eyebrow-raising comments – and gestures – being made before an actual audience.

Sinema told a group of Republican lobbyists earlier this year that she stopped attending the Democrats’ “dumb luncheons” because of how “ridiculous” they are.
“Old dudes are eating Jell‑O, everyone is talking about how great they are,” Sinema lamented. “I don’t really need to be there for that. That’s an hour and a half twice a week that I can get back.”
