Democrat Leadership Really Doesn’t Want Congressional Stock Trading Banned

A House Democrat is up in arms against party leadership in the lower chamber after Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D‑Md.) blocked legislation that would ban stock trading by members of Congress.Rep.
